These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EDGESTATSLABS websites, applications, APIs, and the browser-based quantitative trading terminal (collectively, the “Service”), operated by EDGESTATSLABS (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age required by applicable law. You are responsible for all activity under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for notifying us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
The Service is a browser-based terminal that may include, depending on configuration and your plan, modules such as: macro and global market context; price charts and session structure (for example prior regular-hours range, initial balance, and value-area style references where available); options-related views; aggregated market news with automated relevance or sentiment summaries; economic event calendars; a statistics and reference library; earnings and events scanners; historical “what happened how often” style queries; and a manual trading journal where you record your own trades and notes. Access to the terminal generally requires an account and authentication.
We may enable or disable modules, change layouts, adjust refresh behavior, or introduce new features over time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service (including features, data sources, or availability windows) with or without notice.
EDGESTATSLABS is not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser, and the Service does not execute, route, clear, or settle orders, hold funds or securities, or provide individualized investment recommendations or a fiduciary relationship. Any “bias”, “confluence”, score, or similar output is generated by software rules and historical context—it is not a personal recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument.
Much of the Service is oriented around U.S. regular trading hours and America/New_York (Eastern Time) session logic. Outside those windows, data freshness, availability, and behavior may differ (including delayed fetches or cached values).
Quotes, levels, and chart data may be obtained from third-party market data sources and pipelines. Such information may be delayed, incomplete, erroneous, or unavailable. The Service may use caching or retries when upstream providers fail; in those cases displayed values may not reflect the latest market state.
Historical statistics, backtests, and similar views depend on the sample, settings, and data available at query time; they are descriptive, not forecasts.
We may require a valid invitation code to register, or we may open registration without a code, as configured for the Service at any given time. Invitation codes are non-transferable unless we state otherwise, may be revoked, and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or any particular feature set.
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing in the Service is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security, derivative, or financial instrument, nor is it investment, tax, or legal advice. You alone are responsible for your trading and investment decisions and for compliance with laws and regulations that apply to you.
You agree not to:
We may investigate violations and suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules are breached.
The Service, including software, branding, layout, text, graphics, and compiled data presentations, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in line with these Terms.
The Service may incorporate or reference data, feeds, or tools from third parties (including market data providers, news publishers, calendar providers, and infrastructure vendors such as hosting and email delivery). Third-party content is provided “as available” and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.
News. Headlines and excerpts may be collected from RSS feeds or similar sources operated by independent publishers. We do not control that content, endorse any article, or guarantee timeliness or accuracy. Intellectual property in news content belongs to the respective publishers.
Features such as the Journal let you enter and store information (for example trade results, tags, notes, and account labels). You retain any ownership rights you already have in content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service (including backups and redundancy).
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for not uploading unlawful content or infringing others’ rights. The Journal is manual entry; it does not connect to your brokerage to verify fills unless we explicitly ship and you use a future integration we describe separately.
By creating an account, you agree that we may send you transactional and administrative messages related to the Service (for example security notices, password reset messages, account changes, receipts, or legally required notices). Marketing communications, if any, will be handled in line with applicable law and any preferences we offer.
We may apply rate limits, monitoring, and abuse protections to APIs and the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily limits availability. Administrators may configure which modules are visible or enabled for the platform; your experience may differ from other users.
Paid access to the Service is offered on a subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated on our Pricing page, fees are USD $25 per month or USD $200 per year (prices may change; we will provide reasonable notice where required by law). Certain features may require a paid plan; current rates and plan details are described on our pricing pages.
When billing is enabled, we use a third-party payment processor, Pagadito, to handle payment transactions securely. Card and payment details are collected on Pagadito’s platform; we do not receive your full card numbers. Pagadito processes payment-related data under its own terms, privacy policy, and security practices.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL EDGESTATSLABS OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU ACTUALLY PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. IF YOU PAID NO FEES TO US IN THAT PERIOD (FOR EXAMPLE, DURING A FREE OR BETA PERIOD), OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED ZERO U.S. DOLLARS (USD $0).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EDGESTATSLABS and its affiliates, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law, or to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice (for example, by email or in-product message) where practicable. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EDGESTATSLABS operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country require otherwise. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive venue for disputes, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms we present at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
For questions about these Terms or the Service, contact us using the support or contact method we publish on the website or within the product.
