Privacy Policy

This policy describes how EDGESTATSLABS (“we”, “us”) handles personal information in connection with our quantitative trading terminal and related services (the “Service”).

Last updated: April 10, 2026

Overview

About the Service

EDGESTATSLABS provides a browser-based terminal for market structure, confluence, and historical context—built for traders who want institutional-style clarity in one workspace. The Service may require an account, and some features depend on authentication and server-side processing.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:

  • Account data — such as email address, username or display name, and credentials needed to sign in.
  • Usage and technical data — such as IP address, device/browser type, approximate location derived from IP, timestamps, and diagnostic logs that help us operate and secure the platform.
  • Content you submit — such as journal entries, tags, or notes you choose to store in product features designed for that purpose.

How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users, prevent abuse, and protect security;
  • Communicate about your account, service changes, or support requests when appropriate;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers who assist us (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, or security tooling) strictly as needed to run the Service, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention

We keep information only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including legal, accounting, and security requirements. You may request deletion of your account where applicable; some records may be retained where the law requires.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; use strong passwords and protect access to your devices and browser profiles.

Payment processing

We use a third-party payment processor, Pagadito, to handle all payment transactions securely.

When you make a payment, your payment information is entered directly into Pagadito’s secure platform. We do not have access to your full card details.

Pagadito processes your data in accordance with its own privacy policies and security standards.

Upcoming release: Pagadito checkout will be integrated in a future product update. Until that integration is live in the app, you will not complete card payments through Pagadito within this interface; this section describes how payments will be handled once the gateway is enabled.

Your choices and contact

Where applicable law provides rights (such as access, correction, deletion, or objection), you may exercise them by contacting us through the channels we publish for support. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or other regions with specific privacy laws, additional rights may apply depending on your situation.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we post revisions; material changes may be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
